Klaus Schmidt, Plant Manager
„In the re-engineering project Mr Schorsch was responsible for the department maintenance and logistics.
… Through a consequent TPM-orientation of all maintenance-related activities, we have changed the “case-oriented” maintenance to the productivity-oriented maintenance. … During the project in the maintenance department, the proportion of scheduled and preventive measures was almost doubled, compared to the previous year. This meant that technical breakdowns of our production have been reduced by approximately 40%.
In logistics, all logistic services were analysed, structured and evaluated. From this, a requirements catalogue has been established as a planning and valuation basis of internal logistics services. In result of all project activities in the field of logistics has been achieved a productivity increase by about 30%.
Already during the analysis phase, we were impressed by his professionalism and practical approach. His underlying systems and methods completely convinced us. We are convinced of the services quality and performance. The projected project objectives have been achieved, and have exceeded our expectations in both, quality and in quantity.“
